Torch Networks was originally founded in 2001 with a focus on Carrier Services.

As technology became more critical to day-to-day operations, we recognized that businesses needed more than connectivity — they needed a trusted partner to manage, secure, and optimize their entire IT environment. In 2009, that recognition led us to rebrand and transition from carrier services into comprehensive IT managed services, allowing us to better support our clients as their technology needs grew more complex.

Our SMB Division (Torch Networks) supports organizations with 250 users and under, delivering proactive, flat-fee managed services that help small and midsize businesses operate securely, efficiently, and without surprise IT costs.

Our Enterprise Parent Division (Nuveo) focuses on organizations with 250+ users, providing scalable, enterprise-grade IT solutions, strategic guidance, and operational support for complex, distributed environments.

Our clients range from local businesses to global organizations, with environments as small as five users and as large as 30,000 users worldwide. No matter the size, we bring the same disciplined approach, proven processes, and commitment to service.

Now Headquartered in the Austin, TX area, Torch Networks has expanded to serve clients across the country and beyond, with offices in Dallas, Austin, and San Marcos, Texas. While our footprint has grown, our focus remains the same: build long-term partnerships, respond quickly, and help our clients use technology as a strategic advantage — not a daily frustration.
